anti-FAP iBodies

We are currently working on development of iBodies directed towards FAP

FIBROBLAST ACTIVATION PROTEIN is a membrane-bound serine protease, which is highly over-expressed in stromal fibroblasts of up to 90% of epithelial tumors, while showing minimal expression levels in healthy tissues. Proteases play an important role in tumor progression via promoting the cancerous cell invasion and metastasis. FAP represents a promising potential target for cancer diagnosis and therapy.
